Service Agreement
By accessing Aweh Adventures, you agree to the following terms. We are a travel discovery and affiliate platform focused on curating premium experiences. We do not provide direct booking services or act as a travel agency of record.
1. The Affiliate Model
Aweh Adventures facilitates travel discovery. When you interact with "Book" or "Find Flights" buttons, you are using affiliate links. These links direct you to our trusted partners (e.g., TravelPayouts, Aviasales, WayAway). Aweh Adventures may receive a commission for these referrals at no additional cost to you.
2. Booking Contracts
Your final booking contract is exclusively between you and the third-party service provider (Airline, Hotel, Tour Operator). Aweh Adventures is not a party to these contracts and has no authority to modify, cancel, or refund any bookings made via external partner sites.
3. Pricing & Availability
Travel prices and availability are volatile and change in real-time. While we strive to display accurate data, the final price is determined solely by the partner at the moment of checkout. Aweh Adventures is not liable for any price discrepancies discovered during the booking process.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aweh Adventures shall not be held liable for any travel disruptions, cancellations, injuries, or losses incurred during your trip. We recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Acceptance of Terms
Continued use of this site constitutes your agreement to all outlined policies. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
